Pregnancy and Birthing Favorites
Birth Ball
A birth ball is so great for preparing for birth. It’s a comfortable place to sit, move your pelvis and avoid that layed back position that can encourage posterior babies! When you come ohome with your neewborn, it is the perfect place to sit and rock or bounce a fussy baby, and is a really great tummy time tool!
Guided Relaxation with Andrew Johnson
I love this guy’s voice and the full body relaxation he leads you gently through. I use his apps myself to help me fall asleep on those nights it feels impossible. Start using this during your pregnancy to prepare for labor coping. After birth, you will find it so helpful in helping you fall back to sleep quickly between feedings.
Mother Moon Magick
I have partnered with Scorpio Moon Rising to bring a little extra magick to the journey through motherhood. From Spell Balls to Magick Workings, you will find everything you need to bring a little magick into your life!
Postpartum Favorites
Bidet
If you have made it this far without a bidet, don’t wait any longer. Nothing feels better postpartum. An add on bidet is cheap, and easy to install yourself. Get one with adjutable pressure. And no, it’s not too cold. You will thank me later.
Baby Care Basics
Side snap tees
Side snap tee shirts are so much easier for new parents to get on and so much less stressful for babies than having a onsie put over their head.
MySnuggly Newborn Bassinet Insert
Newborn to 4-5 months Sleep Solution: Flat safe sleeping surface snuggles your little one to comfort wiggly babies with a held-in-the-arms feeling that is super cozy and safe.
Feeding Favorites
Haaka Passive Breast Pump
Great for collecting the milk that escapes from one breast while you feed with the other. Also great as an easy way to up your supply by wearing for a few minutes after feedings. Splurge on the suction cup base. One avoided spill makes it worth it.
Trove Hands Free Passive Breast Pump
Haaka is the standard, but this new competitor is easier to manage while feeding on one side. Give it a shot!
