As a DONA certified Advanced Labor Doula, I support families throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.  I can help you and your partner discover your options in birth, and feel confident and prepared to welcome your baby.  My goal is to ensure that you have the best opportunity to have the birth you choose. Without judgement or expectation, I offer informational, emotional, and physical support and advocacy.

I can help you manage discomfort, maintain relaxation, understand the process of birth as it unfolds, communicate effectively with medical providers, and find the joy in each moment of your chosen journey toward parenthood.

The cost of labor support for local deliveries is $1,800 for new clients.
(Repeat clients always get a discount!)

A $1000 deposit is required to book.

  • The balance of your fee is due at two weeks postpartum.
  • A travel fee is additional for births out of my local response area. (NH Seacoast)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until contract is signed.
  • Payment plans are available, and I accept most major credit cards and Pay Pal.
  • Special rates are sometimes available

    What clients are saying…

Could not recommend her services enough…

My husband and I had no idea what to expect during labor and delivery of our son. I had a birth plan outlined and really thought ai knew what I wanted and what would happen. I was wrong. I was induced and labored for several days with a couple complications. Amy was there for me, […]

    I feel so lucky

Amy understood our hopes, fears and desires and … She knew what I needed without me even having to ask….

    Bevin

    single mom

She knew exactly how to help me progress when I needed to and how to help me get a few moments of respite and rest when needed.

I can’t recommend her more highly.

Her presence gave us the confidence and support we were looking for; and, along with our midwife, she held space for our natural unmedicated birth.

    Jessica S.

    Knowledgeable, calm and reassuring

Amy saw me through a sad-outcome birth and then a natural (but surprise breech induction) birth- and all the uncertainty between. I recommend her to all families considering delivering at Wentworth Douglass. She is a knowledgeable, calm and reassuring presence to have at a birth (and a wealth of information and comfort before & after).
