I used Amy as my doula for support during pregnancy and labor/delivery. She was such a major support for me during my labor an delivery! From the minute I felt like I was in labor she was there for me through text/call to give me advice around what I should be doing and when it would be a good time to head into the hospital. She met me at the hospital and was so helpful in recommending positions to get in, rubbed my back and feet, and made other suggestions to help labor progress. I utilized her TENS machine for hours to manage back pain and it was a life saver! I am certain that having Amy there to remind me to release tension and breathe through contractions and just being a calm presence in the room is the reason I was able to get the unmedicated VBAC that I was aiming for. I can’t recommend her enough!
