OCTOBER 15TH is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. We mark this date each year with a special ceremony sponsored by Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
Families coping with all types of perinatal loss are invited to gather for support and community. There is opportunity to decorate a luminary bag in honor of your loss, followed by a lighting ceremony. Children are welcome and we have art and music therapists available to engage guests. There are snacks, favors, and time to connect with others.
This family friendly event will provide your family, close friends and loved ones an opportunity to commemorate your baby’s life and keep their memory alive, as well as show your support for other families going through similar pain.
